When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Note: Comments feature, on Policy Reform Proposals is enabled to all users, only as a post login option, in the website. This restriction is enabled to collect feedback / comment / suggestions etc… in a more responsible way.

Anonymized IP Addresses are enabled in the Website Statistics Software, for us to have a glimpse about our audience, without identifying them specifically.
The Google Analytics Plugin (i.e., Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP) ) usage and related issues will be tracked in sync with Web Server info, PHP Version, WordPress version and GADWP Plugin Version, as per Usage tracking by Exact Metric Policy.
The Google Analytics Account and Google Search Console Account are linked w.r.t. this website, for better understanding of the Website Users.
As of May 03, 2019, WebsiteVoice, a Text to Speech Service is added to the website, for Site Users to listen to content of Blog pages. The Service of WebsiteVoice is governed, as per WebsiteVoice’s Privacy Policy
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

- Regular Backups of Data, helps us restore website content, in situations of data corruption etc.. situations.
